- By purchasing any products/goods, you warrant us that you are (1) at least eighteen (18) years old and above, and (2) you are legally capable of entering into valid and binding contracts.
- When placing an Order, it is deemed an offer to purchase or buy products/goods from us.
- Payment shall be made after placing an order.
- Delivery of the products/goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in the Order.
- Delivery/shipping fee shall be paid by the Buyer.
- Products/goods shall not be delivered to the Buyer until the Seller receives in cash or in cleared funds, payment in full price of the products/goods and if necessary, the delivery/shipping fee.
- The risk of damage to, or loss of the product/goods shall pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery.
- The Intellectual Property in and to the website and the materials are owned, licensed or controlled by us. We reserved the right to enforce its Intellectual property to the fullest extent of the law.
- All listing prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change the listing of the prices at any time without giving any reasons or prior notice.
- We will not be liable to the Buyer for any losses arising directly or indirectly with any system, server or connection failure or error, the content posted on it, theft of user information, or inability to use the website. In the event it happens, your sole remedy is to stop using the website.
- Use of Services and Terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law. If any dispute arises in connection with these terms of use, the parties shall attempt, in fair dealing and in good faith, to settle such dispute. If the parties are not able to reach any settlement within fourteen (14) days each party may initiate an Arbitration proceeding.
Return Policy
The Buyer will only be refunded after the Seller has received an email within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the Buyer receives the products/goods. In the event that the Seller did not receive any email from the Buyer from the time he received such products/goods, the Seller is not obliged to refund the applicable sum to the Buyer.
The Buyer may return the products/goods when he/she receives a:
- Damaged product;
- Wrong item is delivered:and
- receives a product that is not advertised on the platform.
In the event that there is a concern with regards to the products/goods the Buyer is obliged to show a proof by taking a photo of it. In this case, the Seller and the Buyer will discuss and mutually agree who will bear the logistic cost of returning the item.
